12-MONTH FINISH PROMISE
If your piece’s colour or plating wears off under normal use within 12 months of delivery, contact us with your order number and a photo. For eligible replacements, you pay only the actual shipping cost, always less than CAD $20 per replacement piece. We confirm the total before dispatch and only charge it with your agreement. When several pieces ship together, shipping is charged once for the parcel.
Natural copper patina is not covered by this finish promise. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
