We are organised in the United States and sell to customers in Canada. We handle personal data in line with applicable United States law and with Canadian privacy legislation, including PIPEDA.

• Payment information — method and transaction details. Card numbers are encrypted and handled by our payment provider; we never store them
• Order information — what you viewed, added to your cart, bought, returned or cancelled
• Communications — whatever you share when you contact us
• Device and usage data — device, browser, IP address and how you use the site, collected through cookies

What we use it for

• Fulfilling your order — payment, shipping, returns and customer support
• Meeting legal and tax obligations — keeping the records the law requires
• Protecting the store — verifying orders, preventing fraud and misuse
• Marketing — offers and updates by email, only if you opted in. Every message has an unsubscribe link and you can withdraw consent at any time

Only the parties needed to run the store: Shopify, our payment processor, our fulfilment and shipping partners, and our IT providers. Each is required to handle your data securely and use it only for the purpose we share it for. We also disclose information where the law requires it.

Because we and some partners are outside Canada, your data may be processed in the United States and in other countries where those providers operate. It stays protected by this policy and by our agreements with them wherever it goes.

Only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. Order and payment records are kept for the period our tax obligations demand. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Children

Our store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including an encrypted connection and restricted access. No security measure is ever completely impenetrable.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
