These Terms apply to every purchase made through susan-jewelry.com, a store operated by RTD Commerce LLC. By using the site or ordering from us, you agree to them.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer right that applies to you under the law of the province or country where you live.
1. Who we are
Susan's Jewelry is a trading name of RTD Commerce LLC, a limited liability company organised in the State of Wyoming, United States, company number 2026-001987922. You can reach us at info@susan-jewelry.com.
2. Our products
We take care to keep descriptions, images and details accurate. Colours can look different from one screen to another, and occasional typographical errors happen. We may correct or update information at any time, and obvious errors do not bind us.
3. Prices and currency
All prices are shown and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.
Shipping is a flat $5.00 CAD per order, and import duties and taxes are covered by us, so the total shown at checkout is the final amount you pay.
Prices may change over time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price for that order.
4. Orders and payment
An order is processed once payment has been received. Payment methods available to you are shown at checkout and are handled by our payment provider through an encrypted connection — we never store card details.
We may contact you if there is a problem with your payment or order, and we may decline or limit an order.
Please give accurate and complete order and account details so that we can fulfil your order.
5. Delivery
Processing takes 1–2 business days and delivery 8–13 business days after dispatch, for a total of approximately 9–15 business days. Orders ship from our fulfilment partner in Asia and are tracked.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary for reasons outside our control. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
6. Cancellations and returns
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After that, fulfilment has begun and the order cannot be stopped — you can return the piece after delivery instead.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Conditions, costs and procedure are in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Liability
Once tracking confirms delivery to the address given at checkout, we are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after that point. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete address; tell us within 1 hour if you spot a mistake.
Nothing in this section limits our liability for death or personal injury, for defective products, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Using our site
You may not use this site for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property, to submit false information, to upload harmful code, to collect other people's data, or to interfere with its security.
All content on the site — text, descriptions, photographs, logos and design — belongs to Susan's Jewelry and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.
9. Complaints
If something is wrong with your order, email info@susan-jewelry.com. We reply within 24 hours on business days. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST).
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where RTD Commerce LLC is formed. This choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law that applies where you live, which continues to apply in full.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force when you order is the version that applies to your order.
