Where do you ship?
We ship to Canada only.
How much is shipping?
CAD $5 per order, shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
About 9 to 15 business days. Orders ship from an international warehouse and are tracked.
Will I pay duties or taxes on delivery?
No. Prices are in Canadian dollars and include duties and taxes.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before it is processed. Email info@susans-jewelry.com with your order number.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Can I return a piece?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Email us first for the return address. You pay the return postage, and the CAD $5 shipping is not refunded.
When will I get my refund?
Within 14 days after we receive and check your return, to your original payment method.
What is the 12-Month Finish Promise?
If the colour or plating wears off within 12 months, we replace the piece. You pay only the shipping, always less than CAD $20 per piece.
